Indigo Unified Communications provides managed IT support to leisure and entertainment businesses across Scotland, including SWG3, Falkirk Football Club and Wonderworld Group's 10 family entertainment sites. We support the systems venues depend on: EPOS and tills, ticketing and booking, CCTV networks, door entry and back-office IT. Every ticket gets a first response in under 30 minutes, and out-of-hours or event-day engineer cover is available by arrangement.

What's different about IT for venues?

  • Your busiest time is out of hours. Evenings, weekends, school holidays and match days are when systems matter most.
  • Lots of systems on one network. Tills, card terminals, ticket scanners, booking systems, CCTV, door entry and guest WiFi all compete for the same infrastructure.
  • Changing staff. Seasonal, part-time and event staff need access quickly, often on shared devices, and it needs removing just as quickly.
  • Payments and customer data. Card payments and booking records need protecting, with tills kept on their own network, as the card industry's security standard (PCI DSS) expects.
  • Several sites. Operators with multiple venues need the same setup everywhere, managed centrally.

Frequently asked questions

Do you support EPOS and ticketing systems?

Yes. We support the network, devices and connectivity that EPOS, tills, ticketing and booking systems run on, and keep them on their own secure network. For faults inside the software itself, we work directly with your EPOS or ticketing provider, so you have one number to call.

Can we get IT support on event days and at weekends?

Yes. Our helpdesk runs 09:00–17:00 Monday to Friday (08:30–17:30 on Platinum), and out-of-hours and event-day engineer cover can be arranged for venues. On Gold and Platinum we also monitor your systems 24/7.

Do you support CCTV and door entry networks?

Yes. We design and support the network that CCTV cameras, door entry and access control systems run on, separated from guest WiFi and tills so each is secure and a busy night on one doesn't affect the others.
