Indigo Unified Communications supplies laptops, desktops, mobile phones, rugged handsets and network equipment to businesses and charities across Glasgow and Scotland. We set each device up, enrol it in Microsoft Intune and support it through our helpdesk. You can buy outright or lease to spread the cost. When equipment reaches the end of its life, we can buy it back, or reuse it or recycle it through a certified WEEE partner.
What hardware do you supply?

- Mobile phones, on EE, O2 and Vodafone through our business mobiles team
- Rugged phones and tablets from a large range, for construction sites and other tough environments
- Network equipment, including Ubiquiti UniFi access points, switches and gateways for business WiFi
Rugged devices can pay for themselves. For a Glasgow construction business with about 100 staff, phones dropped and broken on site were driving up replacement costs. We found a suitable rugged handset and reviewed their spend, saving them over £4,000 in the first calendar year.
Can we lease IT equipment instead of buying it?
Yes. Leasing spreads the cost of new equipment over time instead of paying for it all up front, which helps when you're refreshing a lot of devices at once or opening a new site. We'll quote for buying outright and for leasing, so you can compare. Leases run from 24 to 60 months through our finance partner, with no minimum order.
What's included when you supply a device?
Every device we supply is set up ready to use and managed with Microsoft Intune, so it gets the right apps, security settings and updates, and can be locked or wiped remotely if it's lost or stolen. Intune is also how our renewables client Greenversity met its cyber insurer's device requirements.

What happens to our old equipment?
We can buy back equipment that still has value. Where it can't be sold, we refurbish and reuse it where possible. Anything that can't be reused is sent to a certified WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) recycling partner. Every device is wiped to a recognised data erasure standard, and you get a certificate for each one. That keeps old devices out of landfill and protects your data. Sustainability at Indigo →

Does Indigo lease laptops and IT equipment?
Yes. Indigo Unified Communications offers leasing on laptops, desktops, phones and network equipment, so you can spread the cost instead of paying up front. We quote for both leasing and buying outright, so you can compare the two before you decide. Every device we supply is set up and enrolled in Microsoft Intune before it reaches your staff.
Will you buy back our old IT equipment?
Yes. We can buy back equipment that still has resale value. Anything that can't be resold is refurbished and reused where possible, or securely wiped and recycled through a certified WEEE recycling partner. Either way, your data is removed before the equipment leaves your control. You get a data erasure certificate for every device.
Do you set up new laptops before they arrive?
Yes. We set up each device with your apps and security settings and enrol it in Microsoft Intune, so it's ready to use and managed from day one. PC builds are included in the Gold package (6 per quarter) and the Platinum and Charity packages (unlimited). On Silver, PC builds are chargeable.
