How do I request documents for a tender?
Email gethelp@indigocomms.co.uk with the name of your organisation, the tender or assessment, and the documents you need. Website enquiries get a reply the same working day. If your questionnaire asks about our service desk, we can also give you current figures: in September 2026 we handled 1,854 tickets with a 13-minute average first response.

Is Indigo certified to ISO 27001?
Yes. Indigo Unified Communications is certified to ISO 27001:2022 for information security, certificate 507342026, covering managed IT services, business mobiles, hosted telecoms and connectivity. We're also certified to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and hold Cyber Essentials Plus. Full certificate details and verification links are on our accreditations page.
Can you provide insurance certificates and references for a tender?
Yes. Email gethelp@indigocomms.co.uk with the tender or supplier assessment you're completing, and we'll send current insurance certificates and customer references, along with our health and safety, environmental, information security and quality policies. Website enquiries get a reply the same working day.
Do you meet the Cyber Essentials requirement for government contracts?
Yes. UK central government suppliers handling personal data or OFFICIAL information must hold Cyber Essentials under PPN 014, which replaced PPN 09/23 in February 2025. Indigo Unified Communications holds both Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus for the whole organisation, and certificate details are on our accreditations page, with links to the public register.
