About Indigo Unified Communications
Making IT easy for Scottish businesses since 2018.

Indigo Unified Communications is a Glasgow-based IT and telecoms provider, founded in 2018. From the start, we've offered IT and telecoms together. Today our 22 staff, including our experienced engineering team, provide managed IT support, cyber security, connectivity, WiFi, cloud telephony and business mobiles to organisations across Scotland from offices in Glasgow and Livingston. We're Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Our history
Indigo was founded in 2018 and has provided IT and telecoms to Scottish businesses ever since. The business trades as Indigo Unified Communications, through Indigo E-Commerce Digital Limited (company number SC599200). Several of our leadership team, including Sales Director Nicola Armstrong, have been with Indigo since the beginning.
What we do
We look after the technology businesses depend on every day: IT support and cyber security, internet connections and WiFi, phone systems and mobiles. Because we've always done IT and telecoms together, clients get one team for all of it, and there's no finger-pointing between suppliers when something goes wrong.
We work across Scotland, with particular expertise in four sectors: construction, renewable energy, leisure and entertainment and charities.
How we work
- Integrity: we build long-term relationships on trust and confidence. 95% of our clients stay with us year on year.
- Impartial advice: we recommend the best-value option, not the one we'd most like to sell. We're independent across EE, O2 and Vodafone, and across 8x8, 3CX and Teams Phone.
- Bespoke support: we take responsibility for fixing problems and keeping your business running. Every ticket gets a first response in under 30 minutes, and clients rate us 4.98/5 in post-ticket surveys.

Supporting our community
Indigo has a long record of supporting Scottish sport. We sponsored Celtic FC Women in 2019 and the Glasgow Clan ice hockey team in the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons (Glasgow Clan announcement), and we've been the official mobile supplier to Celtic Football Club since 2022 (club announcement). Closer to home, we run Gifts for Glasgow, our annual toy drive for Spirit Aid, have donated equipment to Blameless, and are front-of-shirt sponsor of Gartcairn. We've signed the Armed Forces Covenant and hold the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold award for our support of the Armed Forces community.
