Technology Guides

Indigo's Complete Guides give practical, plain-English advice on technology for specific sectors, written by Operations Director Kenny Stevenson. Each guide is split into short chapters that answer one question each, and every guide is reviewed each January.
Our Complete Guides are free, practical guides to technology for four sectors: construction, renewable energy, leisure and entertainment and charities. They're written by Kenny Stevenson, Operations Director at Indigo Unified Communications in Glasgow, and based on the work our team does for organisations in each sector across Scotland.
Each guide has 8 chapters, and each chapter answers one question, such as what the best internet is for a construction site, how to protect the business from cyber attacks, or how to get more from Microsoft 365 and AI. The last chapter is a readiness checklist. Read the chapters online, or download the whole guide as a free PDF. There's no sign-up form and no email address needed. Every guide is reviewed each January.
The guides are for the people who make or influence technology decisions: owners, managing directors, finance and operations managers, and charity trustees and chief executives. You don't need a technical background to follow them.
