Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use the Indigo Unified Communications website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. This statement covers indigocomms.co.uk.
Last updated: October 2026.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site was built with accessibility in mind:
- pages use proper headings, so you can move through them with a screen reader
- images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- every form field has a label, and required fields are marked
- you can use the menus, forms, free checks and cookie banner with a keyboard, and a "Skip to content" link is the first thing on every page
- text and buttons are designed to have strong colour contrast
- animations are switched off if your device is set to reduce motion
- pages work when zoomed to 200%, and on phones and tablets
Known limitations
We know some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet:
- the downloadable PDF guides and the switching checklist may not work fully with screen readers. Every guide is also available as web pages, and we can send a different format on request
- links to other services, such as Microsoft Bookings, Google Maps and LinkedIn, lead to sites we don't control
- uploading a bill for a mobile bill review is optional; if you'd rather not use the upload, call us and we'll go through it with you
We're working through these and will update this statement as we fix them.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site doesn't work for you, or you need information in a different format, email gethelp@indigocomms.co.uk with "Accessibility" in the subject line, or call 0141 442 0202. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll reply within 5 working days.
How we tested
This statement was prepared in October 2026, based on our own checks of the site's main pages, forms and free checks on desktop and mobile. We'll review it at least once a year and whenever the site changes significantly.
